Close all open Internet Explorer windows and tabs.
Open Internet Explorer
Click on the gear icon 
> Internet Options
Click the Advanced tab then click Reset
Check the box Delete personal settings and the click Reset
Once it is done resetting Internet Explorer Settings you will get the below screen, click Close
Click OK
Close Internet Explorer.
Go to, Start > type in GPUPDATE /FORCE and hit Enter (there is a space between the E and the /)
A black box will come up. Once this goes away, please open Internet Explorer and see if the website works better now.
