Summary
Data connections in the workbook are on a directory that non-GL connect users do not have access to, thus the data connection cannot be established. Cause
When trying to open an Excel spreadsheet or workbook that has been created by a user who has the GL Connect Excel add-in shares that spreadsheet with a non-GL Connect user, the non-GL connect user’s workbook will not contain values in the cells that are pulling data from a GL connect directory. Users who do not have GL connect access, cannot get to these directories. The solution is to create new workbooks mirroring the data in the GL workbook.
