Summary
Print to Papervision may throw an error regarding "The Specified Entity Account has been disabled. Please contact you system administrator", or you continue to receive a prompt to log in to ImageSilo. You will need to specify an entity ID so that ImageSilo know's which account your documents will need to be routed to.

When trying to send documents through the print to papervsion option for ImageSilo, you may receive the following error:

-When you try to print to black and white, it should bring up a 'Print to Papervision Enterprise' Box. Click Options

-In the options, enable the 'Display Client ID', and then save

-Lastly you will enter the client ID as 3152. Then have the user fill in their Papervision information and you should be all set. If you have continued issues, you may want to try your own credentials for testing
