Step 1: Ensure you are connected to the internet; check to see if websites like cnn.com or espn.com will open.
Note: Some external networks like free WiFi at airports or inside hospitals will usually not allow you to connect successfully to VPN. If you are unable to connect to the VPN when on a Hotel’s WiFi connection; check with the Hotel’s front desk and verify that you are on the correct network; not a guest network.
Step 2: Open Cisco AnyConnect:
-click your desktop icon or type AnyConnect into the start/search bar and select Cisco AnyConnect.
Note: When you log in for the first time you will be presented with the following screen:
Step 3: Ensure that you have remoteaccess.ads-pipe.com filled in and select Connect.
Note: you will only need to perform step 3 during your first login to AnyConnect.
Step4 : At the next window, login with your Windows credentials for username and password.
If the connection was successful, the logon window should vanish and a small Cisco AnyConnect icon will show in the bottom right hand corner of the your screen.
