Not receiving emails that I know have been sent to me

Description:

You have not received an email that you're expecting and you know with certainty has been sent to your correct @ads-pipe.com email address

Cause:

Emails could be getting quarantined due to recent updates by the vendor to our email filtering programs  

Please check your TrendMicro Email Filter first.

 


 If nothing is found there, p
lease open a ticket with the ADS Service Desk with the following information:

Sender's email address

Recipient's email address

If you know the subject and time it was sent, please provide that information as well.
