Problem/Question
My device has just been enrolled in the company portal, I have removed the native mail app on my phone, now all of my contacts are missing.
Overview
If you were saving contacts to your device and now cannot find them after enrolling in the company portal, please follow the instructions listed here to make those contacts available again.
P.S. Contacts will only sync up if they're in the root Contacts mailbox in Outlook, NOT in a new folder containing Contact Items i.e. Contacts - myemailaddress@ads-pipe.com
Solution
To get your contacts back, please open the new Outlook client on your device then click the three horizontal lines
Next, click the gear icon on the bottom of the screen
Next you will click on your account
Now you will see a toggle/slide next to "Save Contacts", move the slider over. Press "Save to My iPhone when prompted
