If you are locked out of Oracle Click "Login assistance" Under where you enter your password.
Enter your User name to reset your Password or Enter Your Email to retrieve your User name
You will receive an email from applprd with a link to reset your password. This email can take over 1 minute to arrive in your inbox.
After you click the link in the applprd email you will be taken to this page. Enter your user name and your new password twice. You cannot use any of your previous passwords.
