To use your user box on a Konica Minolta 368 you need to access your printer preferences.
To do so, click on your Start button, and go to the gear on the left (Settings)
Click on Devices
Click on Printers & Scanners
Find the printer where your user box is setup. Click on the printer, then click on manage.
Click on Printing preferences on the left.
Click on Output Method and select Save in UserBox
A box should open asking for user settings. You can enter a file name (can be whatever you want it to be limit 30 characters) and enter your userbox number. If you click on the Obtain Device Information button, it should load the available user boxes.
Once you have printed a document, go to the printer and tap on the User Box button (may need to hit the home button first if the printer is not on the main menu)
Tap on your User Box and then enter your password and press ok:
Select your document,then select print:
Press the start button to begin printing:
