If you are having network connectivity issue, it may be due to a disabled network adapter. The steps below will help verify if your adapter has been disabled.
1. Click on the Start button, then click on the gear (Settings) in the lower left.

2. In the Windows Settings folder, click on Network & Internet.

3. Click on Change adapter options.

4. This page will display if any of your network adapters are disabled. Please note, unless you are connected to the VPN, the Cisco Systems VPN Adapter will show disabled.

5. Right click on the adapter, and click on Enable. Note you will need administrative access to perform this function.
