A Medium ticket encompasses both new request and issues and should be picked up and responded to within 1-3 days by help desk personnel. Ticket SLA’s will vary at this level depending on inventory. For example, a new computer request will be ordered within 1-3 days of ticket entry and approval HOWEVER the SLA to get a computer delivered could be up to two weeks depending on inventory.
