If you need to download software to your computer but cannot find it in the Ivanti Portal, you can start here to put in a request to make it available. The software requested will need to be reviewed per the ADS Software Approval Policy. The Sofware Approval Board meets two times a month. If you cannot wait, please notate the ticket as to why the request needs escalation.
