Password Change Procedure
Our company policy is to have you change your password every 90 days.
If your password is expired, when you try to login to VPN, you will get prompted to change your password.
Step 1

Enter new password and confirm.
Step 2
Press the "Ctl-Alt-Del" keys.
Step 3
Select "Lock This Computer."
Step 4
Press the "Ctl-Alt-Del" keys to unlock the computer.
Step 5
In the password field, enter the password you used for the VPN connection. This will force a synchronization between the local computer and the corporate domain.
If you have your email setup on your phone (not applicable for Blackberry Devices), please enter your new password after the device prompts you to enter it. After you have changed your password on your phone, please turn the phone off (shut down) and then turn it back on.
*Reminder passwords have to be at least 8 characters long and include at least one number and at least one uppercase and lowercase letters. You will also not be able to use the any of your last 12 passwords. If you get locked out, you can call the helpdesk to unlock your immediately, or your account with automatically get unlocked after one hour.
