IE 10
In Internet Explorer, click on Tools or > Internet Options
- On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Settings, on the Temporary Internet Files tab, make sure Every time I visit the page is selected.
- On the Security tab, click on Trusted sites > Sites, and make sure *.imagesilo.com is in the list
- On the Advanced tab, under Browsing, make sure Enable third-party browser extensions* is UNCHECKED (IE10 only)
- Login to Image Silo’s website, and go to System Settings > User Options > Display Settings > Use Legacy ActiveX Controls save settings then press CTRL + F5
Web Assistant
Have user login go to System Settings > User Options > Display Settings > Use Legacy ActiveX Controls > Save > CTRL + F5
If user is getting prompted to install web assistant (even though it’s already installed)
In the taskbar right click on web assistant and click exit, go to start, programs, digitech systems folder and double click web assistant to restart it and then go into image silo workflow
Isolated Storage folder – Delete the Isolated Storage folder
Check to see if there is an isolated storage folder in C:\users\(username)\AppData\Local
If new install - go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Digitech Systems\PaperVision Tools
Find PVETools.config, open up file in notepad – find Show EntityID this needs to be ‘true’

Control Panel, Programs and Features
Make sure the Papervision Document Viewer Controls is uninstalled – this conflicts with new Papervision Web Assistant per Fireproof.
